Late arrivals (after 11pm)
Please let the reception or the reservation centre know if you are going to arrive after 11pm.

Deposit
On your arrival you will be asked to pay a deposit of 260€ for your apartment (by visa, eurocard or cheque). It will be returned to you 15 days after your departure, and any necessary charges for damage or cleaning will be deducted from it.

Key collection
Your accommodation will be available from 5pm. The keys are to be collected from the reception of the residence on the presentation of your booking confirmation.

Getting there

  • By car : A9 and A75 motorways (Paris/Clermont-Ferrand).
    From exit Montpellier Sud : The residence is located just before the Zucarelli bridge on the left.
    From exit Montpellier Est  : head in the direction of the Odysseum , then Port Marianne. At the roundabout « rouge et bleu » follow signs for Près d’Arènes. The résidence is just after the Zucarelli bridge on the right.
