Dépot de garantie / Deposit
A votre arrivée, vous devez régler le dépot de garantie de 750 € (Visacard, Eurocard, chèque) pour votre chalet. Restitution 15 jours après votre départ, déduction faite des éventuels frais de remplacement ou de nettoyage.
On arrival you have to pay a deposit of 750 € (Visa, Euro Card, cheque) for your chalet. Your deposit will be returned to you 15 days after your departure with any necessary deductions made for breakages and additional cleaning.

Remise des clés / Key collection
Votre location est disponible à partir de 17h00. Les clés sont à retirer à la réception des chalets n°5, sur présentation de votre bon d'échange.
Check in is from 5 pm onwards. The keys are available at the reception of the Altiport Chalets on presentation of your accommodation voucher.

  • Par route : Autoroute jusqu'à Grenoble, puis suivre autoroute A480 jusqu'à la sortie 8 « Vizille-Stations de l'Oisans » qui rejoint la N91 jusqu'à Bourg d'Oisans et direction Alpe d'Huez (13 km). Puis suivre Altiport
  • By road: Take the motorway to Grenoble, then follow the motorway A480, exit at junction 8 « Vizille-Stations de l’Oisans » and take the N91 as far as Bourg d’ Oisans, then follow Alpe d’Huez (13 km).
    To collect your keys : The chalets are situated within easy reach of the altiport-heliport.
